Job summary

RBC Bearings, Dodge operations in Greenville, SC, seeks a 3rd shift Maintenance Technician to support CNC and mechanical systems on a fast-paced shop floor. The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and requires 2–4 years’ maintenance experience or an associate degree in Mechatronics, with CNC maintenance experience highly valued.

The position runs 11:00 pm–7:00 am, Sunday through Thursday, with a 5% shift differential after the first year and a pay range of $30.66–$37.55 per hour.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years’ maintenance experience or an associate degree in Mechatronics.
• CNC maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Perform preventative maintenance on CNC, production and building equipment.
• Perform breakdown maintenance on CNC equipment and diagnose/repair parts.
• Interpret hydraulic and electrical drawings for breakdown diagnostics.
• Troubleshoot CNC machine tools including hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Maintain positive relationships with Operations and Maintenance teams.
