Job summary

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• Experience in aerospace, precision machining, or high-volume manufacturing is a plus.
• Proficiency with CAD tools and blueprint interpretation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with design, engineering and production teams to ensure manufacturability.
• Work with vendors to define specifications and support procurement decisions.
• Estimate production times, labor needs, equipment, and costs for planning.
• Lead or participate in Lean, Six Sigma and cost-reduction projects.
