Qualifications

• High school diploma and supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or a technical field preferred and five years supervisory experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills plus proficiency in MS Office and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure safe, efficient production.
• Monitor and provide feedback on employee performance; conduct annual reviews and corrective actions.
• Address safety infractions and ensure accurate Kronos timekeeping for all team members.
• Collaborate with QA and engineering to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead training and mentorship to enhance team skills; support Lean Flex Flow processes.
