Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Five years of experience in maintenance management in manufacturing.
• CMRP certification may be preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks design.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Familiarity with CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement proactive maintenance strategies including preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
• Supervise and manage a team of maintenance personnel.
• Plan maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
• Manage spare parts inventory.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production efficiency.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and identify root causes.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in maintenance practices.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
