Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
Five years of experience in maintenance management in manufacturing.
CMRP certification may be preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks design.
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Familiarity with CMMS.

Responsibilities

Design and implement proactive maintenance strategies including preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
Supervise and manage a team of maintenance personnel.

Collaborate with other departments to optimize production efficiency.
