Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• Minimum five years in maintenance management in relevant industry
• CMRP or other relevant certifications may be preferred
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with CMMS and MS Office
• Experience with manufacturing processes and equipment

Responsibilities

• Design and implement proactive maintenance strategies including preventative maintenance schedules and predictive maintenance techniques
• Lead and supervise maintenance personnel; manage downtime and ensure efficient operations
• Ensure safety compliance and regulatory adherence
• Plan maintenance schedules and manage spare parts inventory
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and root-cause analysis
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production efficiency
