Cpflexpack in the United States is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor for 3rd shift (Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 pm–7:00 am) to lead a multi-department team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, productivity, and employee development, with responsibility for day-to-day operations, reporting, and ensuring workflow efficiency. This position offers hands-on leadership in a growing packaging manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience managing production data, reporting, and performance metrics.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and direct all shift activities by walking the production floor.
• Ensure achievement of quality, production, productivity and safety goals for department.
• Maintain the accuracy and documentation of production reporting.
• Assist the Scheduling Department in defining and maintaining work flow through the department.
• Ensure adequate supply of materials for your shift’s operation.
• Oversee employee training and direct supervision of personnel on your shift.
• Conduct employee evaluations.
• Oversee disciplinary action, as required; vacation coverage planning.
• Direct staff development and training; ensure SOP compliance.
