Job summary

C-P Flexible Packaging is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor for 3rd shift (Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 pm–7:00 am) at our Bristol facility to lead a fast-paced manufacturing team focused on safety, quality, and productivity.

The role oversees production activities across departments, maintains shift reports, trains staff, and ensures proper workflow and material availability while upholding SOPs and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Experience managing production data, reporting, and performance metrics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint; ERP/MRP systems; Timekeeping and attendance systems.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct all activities of the shift personnel on the floor.
• Ensure achievement of quality, production, productivity and safety goals for the department.
• Maintain accuracy and documentation of production reports.
• Assist Scheduling Department in defining and maintaining workflow.
• Ensure adequate supply of materials for the shift’s operation.
• Oversee employee training and supervision on the shift.
• Conduct employee evaluations and disciplinary actions as required.
• Manage vacation coverage planning and staff development.
