Job summary

C-P Flexible Packaging is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor for the York facility on 3rd shift. The role leads a manufacturing team to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities include directing shift activities, managing production data and reporting, and coaching staff for performance and development, while ensuring SOP adherence and effective material flow.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Experience managing production data, reporting, and performance metrics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint; ERP/MRP systems; Timekeeping and attendance systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct all shift activities on the production floor.
• Ensure quality, production, productivity, and safety goals are met.
• Maintain production reporting accuracy and documentation.
• Assist Scheduling in defining workflow and material flow.
• Ensure adequate materials for shift operations.
