This full-time role involves leading day-to-day manufacturing operations on the 3rd shift, ensuring safety, quality, and team development. Ideal candidates should have 5+ years of operations experience, strong leadership skills, and a Bachelor's degree preferred. The position runs from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., Sunday night through Friday morning.
