Job summary

DOUBLE H PACKAGING INC is seeking a Shift Supervisor for Printing Operations on the 3rd shift (11:30 PM–7:30 AM). This role oversees daily production of presses, die cutting, sheeting and finishing processes, ensures safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and leads a team to meet schedules and customer specs.

You will supervise and train staff, coordinate work flow, assist with setup and changeovers, enforce GMP and PPE usage, monitor equipment performance, and drive continuous improvement while

Qualifications

• High School/GED required.
• Knowledge of IQMS software.
• Must know basic printing color and be able to match customer proofs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift activities for printing, die cutting, and sheeting operations.
• Ensure production schedules are met with quality and efficiency.
• Monitor workflow and allocate labor resources to maximize productivity.
• Review orders and priorities for each shift.
• Communicate goals, changes, and updates to the team.
• Assist with machine setup, troubleshooting and changeovers.
