Job summary

Markent Personnel, Inc. in Rocky Mount, NC is seeking Production Supervisors to lead bakery operations on first, second, and third shifts.

This on-site role manages a team of 15–25 production employees to deliver safe, high‑quality products while meeting production goals. You will coach staff, enforce food safety and GMPs, coordinate with maintenance and quality teams, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production teams in food manufacturing.
• Bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
• Ability to drive accountability and performance.

An established food manufacturer is hiring Production Supervisors for its bakery operation. Opportunities are available across first, second, and third shifts.

Lead a team of approximately 15–25 production employees, helping deliver safe, high-quality products while meeting production goals. This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity with an established supervisory team and room for professional growth.

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.

Qualifications:

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Proposed Salary Range and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $76–$93K + 5% bonus opportunity
