Job summary

Zaddy Solutions in Rocky Mount, NC, is hiring Production Supervisors for its bakery operation across first, second, and third shifts. This hands-on leadership role guides a team of 15–25 employees to deliver safe, high-quality products while meeting production goals.

You will lead daily production activities, coach staff, uphold food safety and GMPs, monitor performance and collaborate with maintenance and QA to resolve issues. Strong communication and scheduling flexibility are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen foods preferred.
• Ability to lead, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work assigned shift and support scheduling needs.

Proposed Salary Range and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $76–$93K + 5% bonus opportunity
