Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group in Rocky Mount, NC, is seeking a Production Supervisor for its bakery operation. This hands-on leadership role oversees 15–25 production employees across first, second, and third shifts, ensuring safe, high-quality products while hitting production targets.

You will lead daily activities, train and coach staff, uphold GMPs and food safety, monitor performance, address downtime, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in food manufacturing, preferably bakery or frozen foods.
• Ability to lead a team, manage performance, and drive accountability.
• Solid knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work assigned shifts and support scheduling.

An established food manufacturer is hiring Production Supervisors for its bakery operation. Opportunities are available across first, second, and third shifts.

Lead a team of approximately 15–25 production employees, helping deliver safe, high-quality products while meeting production goals. This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity with an established supervisory team and room for professional growth.

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.

• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.

Proposed Salary Range and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $76–$93K + 5% bonus opportunity
