Job summary

6 Degrees Search is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead bakery operations on-site in Rocky Mount, NC. The role oversees 15–25 staff across first, second, and third shifts, driving safety, quality, and productivity in a hands-on leadership capacity.

You will coach and develop team members, ensure adherence to GMPs and food safety standards, and partner with maintenance and quality to resolve issues and meet production goals.

• Supervisory experience in food manufacturing, bakery or frozen foods is valuable.

Lead a team of approximately 15–25 production employees, helping deliver safe, high-quality products while meeting production goals. This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity with an established supervisory team and room for professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.

• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Proposed Salary Range and Benefits:
