Job summary

Ashton North LLC is hiring Production Supervisors for its bakery operation on-site in the United States region. You will lead a team of 15–25 production employees across first, second, and third shifts, driving safety, quality, and production goals.

This hands-on leadership role offers growth within an established supervisory team and opportunities to enhance processes, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration. A strong focus on GMPs and food safety is required.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Proposed Salary Range and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $76–$93K + 5% bonus opportunity
