Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Production Supervisor for a bakery production facility in North Carolina. The role supervises 15–25 staff across first, second, and third shifts to deliver safe, high‑quality products while achieving production targets.

You will coach and develop employees, enforce GMPs and food safety standards, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to optimize performance and shift handoffs.

Qualificações

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

An established food manufacturer is hiring Production Supervisors for its bakery operation. Opportunities are available across first, second, and third shifts.

Lead a team of approximately 15–25 production employees, helping deliver safe, high-quality products while meeting production goals. This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity with an established supervisory team and room for professional growth.

Proposed Salary Range and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $76–$93K + 5% bonus opportunity
