Markent Personnel, Inc. partners with an established food manufacturer in Rocky Mount, NC to hire Production Supervisors for bakery operations across first, second, and third shifts.

You will lead a team of 15–25 production employees, ensuring safe, high-quality products while meeting daily production goals. This hands-on leadership role sits with an experienced supervisory team, offering growth opportunities, a competitive base salary with a 5% bonus, and comprehensive benefits focused on food

An established food manufacturer is hiring Production Supervisors for its bakery operation. Opportunities are available across first, second, and third shifts.

Lead a team of approximately 15–25 production employees, helping deliver safe, high-quality products while meeting production goals. This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity with an established supervisory team and room for professional growth.

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.

• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Proposed Salary Range and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $76–$86K + 5% bonus opportunity
