Job summary

Kingfisher Recruiting is seeking a Production Supervisor for a food manufacturing bakery operation in Rocky Mount, NC. This on-site role leads a 15–25 team across 1st–3rd shifts, driving safe, high-quality output while achieving production goals.

It offers a hands-on leadership path within an established supervisory team. The ideal candidate brings prior supervision in food manufacturing, strong people leadership, and a proven ability to coach, train, and hold teams accountable.

• Bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.

An established food manufacturer is hiring Production Supervisors for its bakery operation. Opportunities are available across first, second, and third shifts.

Lead a team of approximately 15–25 production employees, helping deliver safe, high-quality products while meeting production goals. This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity with an established supervisory team and room for professional growth.

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.

• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.

• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Proposed Salary Range and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $86–$93K + 5% bonus opportunity
