Job summary

Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is seeking Production Supervisors for an established food manufacturer’s bakery operation. Roles are available across first, second, and third shifts, on-site in North Carolina, with a hands-on leadership style and room for growth.

The supervisor will lead a team of 15–25 employees, drive safe, high-quality production, and meet goals while coaching staff and coordinating with maintenance and QA. A strong focus on food safety and team accountability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience leading production teams in food manufacturing.
• Bakery or frozen foods experience is highly relevant.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills required.

Lead a team of approximately 15–25 production employees, helping deliver safe, high-quality products while meeting production goals. This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity with an established supervisory team and room for professional growth.

• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Proposed Salary Range and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $86–$93K + 5% bonus opportunity
