Job summary

6 Degrees Search is seeking Production Supervisors for its bakery operations in Rocky Mount, NC. This is a full-time on-site role leading a team of 15–25 employees across first, second, and third shifts. You will ensure safety, quality and efficiency while mentoring staff and coordinating with maintenance and quality teams.

The base salary ranges from $76,000 to $86,000 per year with a 5% bonus. Medical, dental & vision insurance, 3 weeks’ vacation, 40 hours of annual sick time, 401(k) with

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
• Lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.
