Job summary

TreeHouse Foods in Carrollton, TX is seeking a Production Supervisor for our third shift to oversee daily production operations of refrigerated dough products. You will lead a team of operators and technicians, drive on-time production, safety, and quality, and coordinate with maintenance and quality teams.

Candidates should have a high school diploma (Bachelor's in Manufacturing preferred), 3–5 years in production with 1–2 in supervision, and familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Manufacturing or related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a production or food manufacturing environment, with at least 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role is strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, quality control procedures, and inventory management.
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and procurement software such as SAP.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production floor operations to maximize productivity, safety, and quality.
• Lead a team of operators and technicians, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
