Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in a supervisory/lead role in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of production workers to meet targets and quality objectives.
• Plan and coordinate production activities for efficiency and workflow optimization.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, GMPs and company standards.
• Develop schedules and production plans with management; drive process improvements.
• Train staff on procedures, safety, and quality standards; maintain records.
