Job summary

Link Snacks in Perry, GA seeks a hands-on Supervisor Production to lead all 3rd shift operations, directing Production Operators and ensuring staffing and schedules while upholding GMP/HACCP and USDA guidelines in a fast-paced meat snack plant.

You will drive a culture of safety, quality, and accountability, coaching team members and partnering with QA to meet high standards. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate production operations; supervise Production Operators.
• Ensure staffing and production schedules are adhered to.
• Maintain GMP, HACCP, SOP, SSOP, USDA guidelines compliance.
• Follow safety rules and ensure PPE is used; maintain safe work area.
• Coach and develop team members; participate in hiring decisions.
• Monitor timekeeping and attendance; enforce policy.
• Coordinate with QA to ensure standards are met.
