Job summary

TreeHouse Foods, Carrollton facility, seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations for refrigerated dough products. Lead a team of operators and technicians to meet targets while upholding safety and quality.

You will train staff, monitor performance, and collaborate with quality and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement. Onsite, third shift, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; manufacturing degree is a plus.
• 3–5 years in production or food manufacturing; 1–2 years in supervision preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office; strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and assign daily tasks to production workers to meet targets.
• Coordinate workflows, monitor lines, and ensure equipment is available.
• Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are followed on the floor.
• Maintain production records, reports, and maintenance logs.
