Job summary

Monogram-Food-Solutions is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift to oversee daily production, lead staff, and ensure output meets quality and labor/yield targets. The role requires strong people leadership and operational skills to keep lines running and materials available.

The ideal candidate will have food industry experience, solid organizational skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvements while coordinating with maintenance and other departments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate degree in Operations or Manufacturing Management or a related field is preferred.
• Two or more years of manufacturing experience in the food industry.
• Experience with Lean methodologies is preferred.
• Experience working in a plant and general office environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor day-to-day production to ensure performance and quality standards are achieved.
• Create daily work schedules to ensure lines are sufficiently manned.
• Lead a team to produce high-quality items meeting labor-set and yield-set standards.
• Oversee employee performance, providing guidance and development feedback.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure on-time startup and smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate materials for the daily schedule.
• Maintain and improve production processes to meet customer specs and AOP.
• Conduct regular quality and safety audits and complete checks and documentation.
• Collaborate with maintenance to keep machines running smoothly.
• Handle day-to-day issues and perform other duties as assigned.
