Job summary

TreeHouse Foods in Hanover, PA is seeking a Machine Operator for the 3rd shift (11:00 PM–7:00 AM) to operate packing room machines, monitor production and ensure quality. You will follow production sheets, adjust setup, and keep waste within limits while meeting weight specifications.

The role requires reliable overtime and weekend availability, prior manufacturing experience (food manufacturing a plus), and strong communication to report issues and complete instructions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, food manufacturing a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and process documents.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operates packing room machines at specified efficiency (speed).
• Determines upcoming production needs from production sheets for changeovers.
• Maintains specs by observing operations, checking pleats/leaks/holes, and code-dates.
• Ensures product specifications by performing weight checks on packing lines.
• Other duties as assigned.
