Job summary

dsm-firmenich is seeking a Production Operator for the 2nd shift (Sun-Thu, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM) in Germantown, WI. The role involves formulation tasks in a process environment, following GMPs and standardized formulas for weighing, measuring, and mixing raw materials.

Responsibilities include setting up and controlling processes like blending and filtration, along with strict adherence to safety rules and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ to work in a plant.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and use PPE; maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Follow DSM Life Saving Rules and safety directives.
• Support setup and control of processes (blending, drying, fermentation, extraction, filtration).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the designated area.
