Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years old to work in a plant.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• At least one year of production or food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follows safety rules and wears PPE to ensure a safe workplace.
• Plays a role in weighing, measuring, and mixing raw materials per formulas.
• Sets up and controls processes including blending and filtration.
• Works with teams across functions and countries to meet production goals.
