Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18 years old to work in a plant job.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs. as needed throughout the shift.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• At least one year production or food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Displays and promotes positive safety behaviors at all times and uses PPE and safety tools to keep areas safe.
• Follows all DSM Life Saving Rules and maintains cleanliness in assigned area.
• Acts to ensure safety awareness and accident prevention in all tasks.
• Works to SHE standards and encourages others to do the same.
• Maintains clean and safe work area and promptly cleans up as needed.
