Job summary

DSM-Firmenich AG in Arcadia, WI is seeking an Associate Operator to manufacture products per the operation plan. The role involves hands-on operation of process equipment, following cGMPs, SOPs, and safety requirements to meet quality specs.

You will document activities, monitor equipment readings, and support continuous improvement on a 12-hour night shift schedule with a 2-2-3 pattern. Sign-on bonus offered and comprehensive total rewards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months in a production environment.
• Ability to work training hours 8AM–4PM Monday–Friday.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule after training.
• Requires ability to safely operate mechanized equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and add ingredients to meet specifications.
• Follow SOPs and cGMPs to ensure product quality.
• Communicate process status to Shift Team Lead and colleagues.
• Complete MPR entries, cleaning records, logbooks, and related paperwork.
• Monitor production progress and perform in-process testing.
