Job summary

dsm-firmenich is seeking a Production Operator for the 2nd shift in Germantown, WI. You will learn and follow good manufacturing practices, work with standardized formulas, and operate processes such as blending, drying, and filtration.

The role requires lifting and basic computer use, with a 3:00 PM–11:30 PM schedule Sunday–Thursday. A $24.00 hourly rate is offered along with a comprehensive benefits package and potential shift differential.

Qualifications

• Uphold safety culture and wear PPE as required.
• Follow DSM Life Saving Rules and SHE standards.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and adhere to safety directives.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive safety behaviors at all times.
• Set up and control processes (blending, drying, bulk fermentation, extraction, filtration).
• Weigh, measure, and mix raw materials following standardized formulas.
