Job summary

dsm-firmenich in Arcadia, WI is hiring an Associate Operator, Production on a 12-hour night shift (2-2-3). You will operate process equipment, add ingredients, package and document activities to meet specifications under cGMPs and SOPs. A sign-on bonus of $2,000 is offered.

Minimum 6 months in production and a high school diploma are required. Training is provided and shift hours align with 8AM-4PM onboarding; after training, you will work 12-hour nights.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; process tech degree or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a production environment is required.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule after training.
• Must safely operate mechanized equipment such as lift trucks, hand trucks, and pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and add ingredients, package, and clean according to SOPs and cGMPs.
• Document all production activities in MPRs, logs and related records.
• Monitor production progress and perform in-process testing to ensure quality specifications.
• Report delays, equipment problems or deviations to the Shift Team Lead promptly.
• Communicate production status to other operators and the Shift Team Lead.
• Support leadership with additional accountability as needed.
