Job summary

Valeo North America in Kentucky is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift (Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM). You will lead a team of operators, organize onboarding and training, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in a fast-paced automotive production environment.

You will manage daily performance boards, coordinate with the APZ and APU, and drive continuous improvement projects with TPM, 5S, and SQCDM targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; other degrees and experience in lieu of education will be considered.
• 3+ years experience in Production Supervision in a high-speed manufacturing environment, preferably automotive.

Responsibilities

• Induct new hires and plan training actions for APZ.
• Monitor certification processes and update the flexibility grid in real time.
• Oversee attendance, holidays, safety rules, and environmental risk analysis.
• Ensure standards compliance, operating instructions, 5S, and TPM activities.
• Lead monthly performance reviews, appraisals, and career discussions with team.
