Job summary

Valeo is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift (Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM) to lead a high-speed manufacturing team. You will induct newcomers, organize on-the-floor training, and manage daily performance, safety, and quality metrics on the APZ.

• Bachelor's degree preferred; other degrees/experience may be considered.
• 3+ years experience in Production Supervision in high-speed manufacturing, automotive preferred.

Responsibilities

• Induct newcomers and organize training actions; manage APZ scheduling.
• Monitor operator certifications and update flexibility grid.
• Oversee attendance, holidays, safety rules, and environment risk analysis.
• Ensure adherence to standard stops, breaks, and meetings; validate working time.
• Lead daily TPM, 5S, and quality standards; enforce 1st level maintenance.
• Drive continuous improvement via SQCDM targets and KPI boards.
