• Assign, monitor, and delegate tasks across the value stream.
• Lead Kaizen or other problem-solving events and participate in audits.
• Ensure Team Improvement boards and daily metrics are up to date.
• Support safety, training, and quality checks; maintain Skills Matrix with team members.
• Facilitate weekly team meetings and report on progress.
