Qualifications

• Proficient MS Office applications; Power BI experience preferred.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a psychologically safe team culture and promote safety as a core value.
• Lead shift start-up with clear priorities and focus on safety and quality.
• Coach and develop team members; provide growth opportunities.
• Verify standard work and utilize Parker lean tools.
• Lead continuous improvement via lean Kaizen events to enhance safety, quality, delivery, cost, and engagement.
• Develop and deploy standard work and work instructions for the department.
• Conduct tiered meetings to confirm daily plans and staffing to meet goals.
• Ensure quality standards and coordinate corrective actions.
