The position oversees daily operations, coordinates across shifts, and uses PDCA and improvement boards to sustain performance and empowerment. Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of supervisory experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• 3-5 years of management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Background in accounting, manufacturing and inventory control is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the plant value stream and second shift.
• Drive Parker Lean system and Win Strategy to improve safety and quality.
• Oversee production control, supply chain and cross-shift coordination.
• Ensure standardized work and PDCA processes are followed.
• Foster teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement culture.
• Develop future state value stream maps and improvement boards.
