Responsibilities

• Coordinate production on the manufacturing floor and supervise the shift.
• Ensure safety standards are followed and address concerns immediately.
• Assign operators to machines and tasks; manage breaks and coverage.
• Provide training to operators and floor leads; mentor temporary workers as needed.
• Review schedules, forecast outputs, and verify orders finish on time.
• Act as point of contact for issues, communicating with other departments.
• Maintain shift records and assist other departments as needed.
• Ensure product changes meet customer specifications and quality checks.
