Rehrig Pacific Company is hiring a Production Manager to lead plant operations with a focus on safety, quality, and people. You’ll mentor teams, drive performance, and ensure efficient, compliant manufacturing processes in a fast-paced environment.

You will conduct daily Gemba walks, monitor KPIs, and implement Kaizen improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and deliver excellence for customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience or equivalent education.
• Experience with ERP systems (JDE a plus).
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Passion for developing people and improving processes.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Lead with empathy: develop your team through training, coaching, and engagement.
• Drive safety excellence: conduct LOTO inspections, BBSOs, and 5S audits.
• Boost efficiency: daily Gemba walks, monitor KPIs, Kaizen activities.
• Deliver results: hit production and quality targets, manage headcount, reporting in ERP systems.
• Engage and inspire: participate in People Engagement initiatives, host quarterly team meetings, and foster open communication.
