• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of injection molding experience preferred.
• Must pass forklift driving test and operate safely daily.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee machine setups and changeovers to meet specs.
• Guide operators to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Perform operator duties and assist with troubleshooting.
• Prepare floor for shifts with ready machines, materials, and components.
• Lead safety and 5S initiatives and maintain clean, efficient work area.
• Complete production reports and keep accurate records.
