Qualifikationen

• Previous manufacturing leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work 3rd shift.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and production documentation.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Team: provide direction, support, and motivation to production employees.
• Take Charge: step in to lead the shift when the Production Supervisor is absent.
• Drive Results: monitor production, quality, safety, staffing, and efficiency.
• Engage Employees: coach and develop, address concerns with fairness.
• Solve Problems: identify challenges and coordinate with Maintenance and Quality.
• Communicate: ensure cross-shift and cross-department info flow.
• Make Things Better: identify process improvements and reduce downtime.
