Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a 24/7 maintenance team responsible for plastic injection molding equipment, robots, and related facilities. You will implement preventive maintenance, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement with a strong safety focus.

The role requires experience in maintenance management, root-cause analysis, and hands-on leadership to optimize equipment availability and performance across the plant.

Qualifications

• Maintenance management experience required; 10+ years preferred.
• SMRP/Reliability certification preferred.
• Engineering degree or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic disciplines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance for injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Manage preventative maintenance program and spare parts inventory.
• Oversee safety initiatives and quarterly/annual reviews for direct reports.
• Coordinate with engineering and other departments on downtime root-cause analysis.
