Donaldson Company in Stilwell, OK is seeking a Group Lead for the 3rd shift (6:00 pm to 4:30 am) to advise department personnel on production output while overseeing quality, quantity, efficiency and safety. The role directly supervises up to 20 employees and requires coordinating daily duties and addressing issues to maintain productive operations.

Responsibilities include training, planning, assigning and directing work, and ensuring compliance with applicable policies and laws.

• Direct supervision of department personnel on production output, quality, quantity, efficiency and safety.
• Directly supervises up to 20 employees.
• Overtime including Friday, Saturday and Sunday as needed.
