Donaldson Company is seeking an Assembly Specialist (STW) in Stilwell, OK for 1st shift. This safety-sensitive role involves operating manufacturing equipment, assembling Elements products, performing quality checks, and maintaining accurate documentation.

The position emphasizes safe practices and efficient production in a team setting. Ideal candidates will have basic math and measuring skills, the ability to interpret instructions, and a preference for candidates with 3–6 months of assembly

Qualifications

• Able to read and interpret work instructions, safety rules, and manuals.
• Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
• Able to read a standard tape measure and solve practical problems.
• 3–6 months in a production assembly environment preferred.
• Related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the assembly and fabrication of Elements products per specifications.
• Perform quality checks according to standards and procedures.
• Complete necessary documentation/paperwork.
• Sert, sleeve, bag, and box items as needed.
• Follow directions and perform tasks from Lead and Supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
