Job summary

Donaldson Company in Stilwell, OK is seeking an Assembly Specialist for the 1st shift (6:00 PM–4:30 AM). This safety‑sensitive role focuses on assembling elements per specifications, performing quality checks, and completing paperwork to ensure a high‑quality product.

You will follow the 5S workplace organization, maintain a clean area, and collaborate with leads to meet production targets while adhering to procedures and safety rules.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, safety rules, and procedures.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
• Ability to read a standard tape measure and solve practical problems.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and fabricate Elements products per specifications.
• Perform quality checks according to standards and procedures.
• Complete required documentation and paperwork.
• Trim, sleeve, bag, and box components as needed.
• Follow directions from Lead and Supervisors and maintain safety practices.
• Achieve production rates and work with machine operator pace.
• Keep a clean and safe work area and learn Facet’s product line.
• Follow the 5S system.
