Job summary

Donaldson Company in Stilwell, OK is seeking a Production Lead for the STW operation on the 3rd shift (6:00 pm to 4:30 am). You will advise department personnel on production output, quality, quantity, efficiency and safety.

The role supervises up to 20 employees, trains staff, assigns work, resolves problems and ensures adherence to policies and laws. This is a full-time, on-site position with no immigration sponsorship available.

Qualifications

• Perform duties during normal hours and overtime as needed.
• Ability to calculate material usage, rates, pieces per hour and number of employees needed.
• Ability to calculate commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
• Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily duties and tasks.
• Advise personnel on job related issues.
• Supervises Quality, Quantity, Efficiency and Safety issues within the department.
• Directly supervises up to 20 employees.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures and applicable laws.
• Training employees, planning, assigning and directing work, resolving problems.
