Job summary

Donaldson Company in Stilwell, OK is seeking a Group Lead for the 3rd shift (6:00 pm to 4:30 am) to advise department personnel on production output while overseeing quality, quantity, efficiency and safety. Position Summary

Minimum Qualifications

• Perform each essential duty satisfactorily during normal working hours and overtime as needed including Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
• Ability to calculate material usage, rates, pieces per hour and number of employees needed.
• Ability to calculate commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
• Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Preferred Qualifications

• Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• Deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
• Ability to ready and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
