Job summary

Donaldson Company is seeking an Assembly Specialist for Stilwell, OK. This role involves assembling and fabricating parts per specifications, conducting quality checks, and completing required paperwork.

It is a safety-sensitive position with duties that include maintaining a clean, safe workspace and following 5S practices. You will work in a production environment, reading instructions, performing basic measurements, and collaborating with Leads and Supervisors to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as work instructions, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Ability to read a standard tape measure and solve practical problems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the assembly and/or fabrication of Elements products per specifications.
• Perform quality checks in accordance with quality standards & procedures.
• Complete necessary documentation/paperwork.
• Sere, sleeve, bag, & box.
• Follow directions and perform tasks as assigned by Lead and Supervisors.
• Achieve production rates and work at a speed commensurate to that of machine operators.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Acquire a working knowledge of Facet's product line.
• Follow the 5S system.
