Job summary

Donaldson is seeking a Group Lead for the Stilwell, OK facility to supervise production output, quality, and safety on the 3rd shift (6:00 pm–4:30 am). You will assign daily tasks, guide staff, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures while maintaining efficiency and performance.

The role involves direct supervision of up to 20 employees, troubleshooting issues, training team members, and coordinating with other departments to meet production goals on site.

Qualifications

• Overseeing daily operations to meet production output, quality, quantity, efficiency and safety targets.
• Must be able to work the 3rd shift from 6:00 pm to 4:30 am in Stilwell, OK.
• Ability to calculate material usage, rates, pieces per hour and staffing needs.
• Ability to compute commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
• Ability to apply basic algebra and geometry concepts.

Position Summary

Role Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

• Perform each essential duty satisfactorily during normal working hours and overtime as needed including Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
• Ability to calculate material usage, rates, pieces per hour and number of employees needed.
• Ability to calculate commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
• Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

• Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• Deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
• Ability to ready and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
