Job summary

Donaldson Company is seeking a Group Lead in Stilwell, Oklahoma for the 3rd shift (6:00 pm to 4:30 am). The role requires supervising up to 20 employees, evaluating production output, and ensuring quality, safety and efficiency across the department.

You will plan, assign, and direct work while addressing issues and coaching staff. Responsibilities include daily task assignment, guidance on job-related concerns, and adherence to company policies and applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Perform each essential duty satisfactorily during normal working hours and overtime as needed including Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
• Ability to calculate material usage, rates, pieces per hour and number of employees needed.
• Ability to calculate commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
• Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
• Ability to ready and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
